What is the difference with other studios and Alza?
We preach it and we do it. We are working poeple.  We love what we do and we are proud to teach craft in group or in privates sessions to all ages. In our classes at Alza you will find 100% diversity.  Individuals coming from different ethnic backgrounds bringing amazing colors to the table. We believe in creative collective collaboration.

Which films where cast form the Studio?

Our participants work on 100s of films, Tv Shows and plays. The Feature film Pay I Full was partly cast from Alza Acting Studio Members. Open Your Eyes Katarina was completely cast from the The Alza Acting Studio.

Does Mr. Alza coaches in private?

Yes. There is usually a waiting list, call us or email us to book a time. We also have other great instructors to help you.

Aside from acting do you offer other services?

Yes. Aside from the studio, we write, produce and develop films. We teach script writing. We also edit demo reels.

What do i need to apply or sign for classes?

You can download and mail your form with particulars.

You can email your online registration, then a meeting will be set to meet you.

What do i need to bring when I come in to apply?

Fill Up and bring Registration form

• Include classes fee + gst
• $20 registration annual fee (non-refundable)
• Payment in the form of Visa, MC, cash or cheque.
• If you have one, include picture and resume
• If you are applying to the Monday or Wednesday class please have a monologue ready or demo reel to show your work.

How long are the classes?

All classes are 5 weeks long except the sat classes which are 4 weeks long.

How much are the classes?

All classes are at 299 except for the sat class 269 and other workshops with casting directors and or guests.

Depending on the level a meeting and or audition may be required when applying.

What Payments do you accept?

Visa, MC, cash or cheque.

All prices ad gst, plus $20 adm fee once per year.

When is the Deadline?

Deadlines are one week prior to 1st class. However if the class is sold out you can still register & be put on the wait list. We will call you if you get in or you will be refund in full including adm fee on the 1st day of the class you applied for.

Can I audit a class?

Yes. if there is space. Our standard audit fee is $20. However, please note that the audit fee is $50 for Alza’s New Students.
